Job Summary:As a Payment Processor, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations, performing tasks such as handling file imports and exports, initiating bank deposits, posting payments, and ensuring accurate financial records. Your responsibilities will also involve interacting with agents and insured individuals via phone and email, and contributing to invoice review. While prior experience in a similar field is advantageous, it's not mandatory as we will train you – we welcome candidates with the right attitude and a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and work in a relaxed environment. Duties and Responsibilities:Post payments accurately in our software program.Manage file exports and imports for data organization.Initiate bank deposits to ensure smooth fund flow.Upload email attachments and documents to policies.Apply ACH and credit card payments to policies.Balance and upload NACHA files to the bank.Post transactions in the accounts receivable ledger.Handle customer calls, emails, and basic receptionist tasks.Qualifications:High School graduate, GED or better.1 - 2 years experience in a similar field or company not required but prefered.Bi-lingual preferred but not required.Keyboard, 10-key, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc. Professional attitude.Compensation: Starting $14.50-15.50 per hour bonus paySchedule: Part-time, Full-time.Location: OnsiteBenefits: Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401K
